Definitions
In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" — refers to the ak441 website accessible at https://ak441.net together with all services, games and features offered on it.
- "User" or "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the ak441 platform.
- "Account" — refers to the officially registered user account, including all associated personal information, account balance and transaction history.
- "Balance" — the amount of money in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) held in a user's account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonus funds.
- "Bonus" — refers to additional credits granted by ak441 to users under the terms and conditions of a specific promotion, which cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is met.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet amount that a user must reach before bonus winnings are permitted for withdrawal.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or using any part of the ak441 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ak441 platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
User Eligibility
The ak441 platform is restricted to users who meet the following eligibility requirements. Registration or use of the platform by individuals who do not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited:
- At least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
- Not subject to any legal prohibition or restriction that prevents participation in online gambling activities.
- Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any company or third party.
- Have not been sanctioned or banned by any gambling platform for fraud or misconduct.

ak441 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage. Users who fail to provide the required documents may face temporary restrictions on their account.
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being immediately suspended along with forfeiture of any existing balance.
During registration, users are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:
- Full name as shown on a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
- An active email address that belongs to the user.
- A Malaysian mobile number that can receive verification messages.
- A strong password that is not shared with any other party.
Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Any changes to information must be communicated to the ak441 customer support team via live chat or email.
Deposit
All deposits must be made using the payment methods provided by the ak441 platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that the source of funds used is legitimate and not derived from any unlawful activity.

ak441 does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment service providers. Any deposit that fails to be processed must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for deposit or one that has been registered and verified in the user's name. ak441 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts.

- Withdrawals involving bonus winnings can only be processed once the wagering requirement has been fully met.
- ak441 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals requested on public holidays may take longer to process according to the payment provider's processing schedule.
Bonuses and Promotions
ak441 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms, and those conditions are to be read together with these general Terms & Conditions.
Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% on their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received applies before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Users suspected of abusing the bonus system may be subject to investigation, and any bonus obtained improperly will be voided.
- ak441 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The ak441 VIP Programme offers three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Tier advancement is based on a member's activity level and loyalty.
Game Rules
All games available on the ak441 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and esports betting, are subject to their respective game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.
- The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed once a game round is completed, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ak441 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the user.
- The use of automation software, bots or any assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Users are not permitted to exploit any system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
For sports and esports betting, odds adjustments may occur in line with the latest developments before an event begins. Bets that have already been accepted will not be affected by odds adjustments made after confirmation.
User Responsibilities
Every ak441 platform user bears full responsibility for the following:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs using your login credentials is considered to have been authorised by you.
- Ensuring that you play within your financial means and do not use funds required for basic necessities.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the user's jurisdiction.
- Reporting any suspicious activity or unauthorised use of your account to ak441 customer support promptly.
- Using ak441's services for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for commercial purposes or professional gambling that violates these terms.
Account Suspension and Closure
ak441 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any term in this document.
- Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
- Confirmation that multiple accounts exist under the same individual's name.
- Attempted fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
- The user's own request to voluntarily close the account.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact ak441 customer support via 24/7 live chat. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews are completed.
Limitation of Liability
The ak441 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and ak441 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. ak441 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond ak441's control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures or third-party technical issues.
- Gambling decisions made by users based on inaccurate or outdated information.
- Loss of data or funds due to unauthorised access not caused by ak441's negligence.
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to the use of the platform.
In all circumstances, ak441's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
ak441 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
